Merry Go Round

Anti-Cancer Fruit? Doesn’t Hurt to Try

The Sour Sop or the fruit from the graviola
tree is a miraculous natural cancer cell killer 10,000 times stronger than Chemo.
Why are we not aware of this? Its because some big corporation want to make back their money spent on years of research by trying to make a synthetic version of it for

sale. So, since you know it now you can help a friend in need by letting him know or just drink some sour sop juice yourself as prevention from time to time. The taste is not bad after all. It’s completely natural and definitely has no side effects. If you have the space, plant one in your garden.

The other parts of the tree are also useful.

The next time you have a fruit juice, ask for a sour sop.

How many people died in vain while this billion-dollar drug maker concealed the secret of the miraculous Graviola tree?

This tree is low and is called graviola ! in Brazi l, guanabana in Spanish and has the uninspiring name “soursop” in English. The fruit is very large and the subacid sweet white pulp is eaten out of hand or, more commonly, used to make fruit drinks, sherbets and such.

The principal interest in this plant is because of its strong anti-cancer effects. Although it is effective for a number of medical conditions, it is its anti tumor effect that is of most interest. This plant is a proven cancer remedy for cancers of all types.

Besides being a cancer remedy, graviola is a broad spectrum antimicrobial agent for both bacterial and fungal infections, is effective against internal parasites and worms, lowers high blood pressure and is used for depression, stress and nervous disorders.

If there ever was a single example that makes it dramatically clear why the existence of Health Sciences Institute is so vital to Americans like you, it’s the incredible story behind the Graviola tree..

The truth is stunningly simple: Deep within the Amazon Rainforest grows a tree that could literally revolutionize what you, your doctor, and the rest of the world thinks about cancer treatment and chances of survival. The future has never looked more promising.

Research shows that with extracts from this miraculous tree it now may be possible to:

Attack cancer safely and effectively with an all-natural therapy that does not cause extreme nausea, weight loss and hair loss
Protect your immune system and avoid deadly infections
Feel stronger and healthier throughout the course of the treatment
Boost your energy and improve your outlook on life

The source of this information is just as stunning: It comes from one of America ‘s largest drug manufacturers, th! e fruit of over 20 laboratory tests conducted since the 1970’s! What those tests revealed was nothing short of mind numbing… Extracts from the tree were shown to:

Effectively target and kill malignant cells in 12 types of cancer, including colon, breast, prostate, lung and pancreatic cancer..
The tree compounds proved to be up to 10,000 times stronger in slowing the growth of cancer cells than Adriamycin, a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug!
What’s more, unlike chemotherapy, the compound extracted from the Graviola tree selectivelyhunts

down and kills only cancer cells.. It does not harm healthy cells!

The amazing anti-cancer properties of the Graviola tree have been extensively researched–so why haven’t you heard anything about it? If Graviola extract is

One of America ‘s biggest billion-dollar drug makers began a search for a cancer cure and their research centered on Graviola, a legendary healing tree from the Amazon Rainforest.

Various parts of the Graviola tree–including the bark, leaves, roots, fruit and fruit-seeds–have been used for centuries by medicine men and native Indi! ans in S outh America to treat heart disease, asthma, liver problems and arthritis. Going on very little documented scientific evidence, the company poured money and resources into testing the tree’s anti-cancerous properties–and were shocked by the results. Graviola proved itself to be a cancer-killing dynamo.
But that’s where the Graviola story nearly ended.

The company had one huge problem with the Graviola tree–it’s completely natural, and so, under federal law, not patentable. There’s no way to make serious profits from it.

It turns out the drug company invested nearly seven years trying to synthesize two of the Graviola tree’s most powerful anti-cancer ingredients. If they could isolate and produce man-made clones of what makes the Graviola so potent, they’d be able to patent it and make their money back. Alas, they hit a brick wall. The original simply could not be replicated. There was no way the company could protect its profits–or even make back the millions it poured into research.

As the dream of huge profits evaporated, their testing on Graviola came to a screeching halt. Even worse, the company shelved the entire project and chose not to publish the findings of its research!

Luckily, however, there was one scientist from the Graviola research team whose conscience wouldn’t let him see such atrocity committed. Risking his career, he contacted a company that’s dedicated to harvesting medical plants from the Amazon Rainforest and blew the whistle.

Miracle unleashed
When researchers at the Health Sciences Institute were alerted to the news of Graviola,! they be gan tracking the research done on the cancer-killing tree. Evidence of the astounding effectiveness of Graviola–and its shocking cover-up–came in fast and furious….

The National Cancer Institute performed the first scientific research in 1976. The results showed that Graviola’s “leaves and stems were found effective in attacking and destroying malignant cells.” Inexplicably, the results were published in an internal report and never released to the public…
Since 1976, Graviola has proven to be an immensely potent cancer killer in 20 independent laboratory tests, yet no double-blind clinical trials–the typical benchmark mainstream doctors and journals use to judge a treatment’s value–were ever initiated….
A study published in the Journal of Natural Products, following a recent study conducted at Catholic University of South Korea stated that one chemical in Graviola was found to selectively kill colon cancer cells at “10,000 times the potency of (the commonly used chemotherapy drug) Adriamycin…”
The most significant part of the Catholic University of South Korea report is that Graviola was shown to selectively target the cancer cells, leaving healthy cells untouched. Unlike chemotherapy, which indiscriminately targets all actively reproducing cells (such as stomach and hair cells), causing the often devastating side effects of nausea and hair loss in cancer patients.
A study at Purdue University recently found that leaves from the Graviola tree killed cancer cells among six human cell lines and were especially effective against prostate, pancreatic and lung cancers Seven years of silence broken–i

TMJD (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder)

I didn’t know I suffer from TMJD until I went to my dentist a couple months ago and she told me that, because I didn’t use braces, my jaw had suffered from the misalignment my teeth created. Also, I sometimes suffer from teeth grinding, mostly at night but sometimes during the day. That causes my jaw to click or even just make this cracking sound when I open it too much. Also, on the dentist’s chair, whenever I open my mouth and stay like that for a while, my jaw will lock and I almost panic at the feeling. Whenever it’s time to rinse my mouth, I feel the happiest for being able to relieve my jaw.

When I open my mouth, sometimes one side comes up quicker than the other. Sometimes only one makes the cracking/clicking sound. Sometimes one hurts, sometimes not. It’s quite distressing to have TMJD because not only you have problems chewing, yawning or even talking but you also get headaches that can go from mild to really painful ones. Your whole face, including ears, chin and even neck can hurt or feel tense because of TMJD.

I sometimes get really nasty muscle strain in my left side between the shoulder and the neck. It’s mostly due to stress and bad posture but TMJD definitely has its hand on it too. The spine, if damaged or inflamed at all, will probably worsen or even cause TMJD. If your vertebrae are misaligned or have been hurt in any way, it will show on your jaw. And because the jaw muscle that controls the movement is connected to your head and ears, you will get that pain.

I first heart the crushing sound in my jaw when I was eating an apple once. I pretty much bit into it like an animal, with my mouth way too open. When I closed my mouth, the resistance from the apple was too big on my teeth and instead of cutting the apple, the pressure went straight to where my jaw bones move against each other. That means when I closed my mouth, I felt like I had broken something or at least crushed it inside of me. After that, that sound is constant whenever I open my mouth too much or chew too vigorously.

It was when TMJD started to interfere with my sleep, my posture and my overall mood that I decided to do something for myself. I went to search for videos and for information I could use to attenuate my problem. Here are some of them:

I hope these links help you as they helped me. I haven’t tried all of them but I will. I just kept them here to watch them later. If one doesn’t work for you, get to the other. Just don’t feel discouraged! TMJD requires some patience and a bit of energy and commitment on your part to make it better.

Meanwhile, talk to your dentist and he may be able to help you. If not, a chiropractor or even a physiotherapist will definitely have other options for you.

Paxil, I’m Leaving You

Yesterday I began my withdrawal from Paxil. I’ve been taking 10mg for over a year or so but I’ve now started to take half (5mg). I will do so for maybe a year before I stop taking it completely. I don’t want to be a slave of this drug any longer, I think it has helped me in the past but it has also hindered me from a lot. I’ve noticed my memory is awful, my mood swings are constant and although I can function somewhat normally (no panic attacks every day, no crying everyday) I still feel this drug is crippling me. I’ve been losing a lot of time from my life because of it. I don’t want to feel “normal” by using Paxil, I want to feel me. And I haven’t for a long while.

I am done with pills. I only take birth control because I found it worked for my acne and I also don’t want to get pregnant. But other than that, I don’t want something that causes me so much harm, even if it’s not visible. I want to enjoy life, even if it hurts at first. I want to be sure it’s me who is acting this way and not some pill I introduced in my young life because I was so bad. But I can’t rely on this forever. It’s been too long. I don’t want to poison myself any longer.

I will try to live a healthier life. I will try to make up for the lack of the drug on my system with good alternatives. Eating well, exercising, it’s never been something I’ve done for myself. But it’s time now. I need to figure this out by myself. I need to know I can be okay without the help of a killer.

Black Seed’s Powers!

Black Seed- GreenMedInfo.com

The seeds of the annual flowering plant, Nigella Sativa, have been prized for their healing properties since time immemorial. While frequently referred to among English-speaking cultures as Roman coriander, black sesame, black cumin, black caraway and onion seed, it is known today primarily as black seed, which is at the very least an accurate description of its physical appearance.

The earliest record of its cultivation and use come from ancient Egypt. Black seed oil, in fact, was found in Egyptian pharoah Tutankhamun’s tomb, dating back to approximately 3,300 years ago.[i] In Arabic cultures, black cumin is so known as Habbatul barakah, meaning the “seed of blessing.” It is also believed that the Islamic prophet Mohammed said of it that it is “a remedy for all diseases except death.”

Many of black cumin’s traditionally ascribed health benefits have been thoroughly confirmed in the biomedical literature. In fact, since 1964, there have been 458 published, peer-reviewed studies referencing it.

We have indexed salient research, available to view on GreenMedInfo.com on our Black Seed (Nigella Sativa) page, on well over 40 health conditions that may be benefited from the use of the herb, including over 20 distinct pharmacological actions it expresses, such as:

Analgesic (Pain-Killing)
Anti-Bacterial
Anti-Inflammatory
Anti-Ulcer
Anti-Cholinergic
Anti-Fungal
Ant-Hypertensive
Antioxidant
Antispasmodic
Antiviral
Bronchodilator

Cold Feet

Even when the rest of my body is warm and nice, my feet are freezing! I can have thick socks on plus thick boots and they’ll still be cold. My mom always said it was due to poor circulation and recently I’ve been researching and it’s probably because my blood is too thin too. So I went to research ways to make this time of the year easier on the toes (and hands).

The Curse of Cold Feet

Divine Caroline

Causes of Cold Feet

Causes

Quick tips:

– Wear three pairs or more of thin socks (thick ones let the cold air in)

– Wear warm shoes with thick soles so the feet are not too close to the ground. Boots with fur inside are great and really comfy.

– Wiggle your toes and rotate your ankles to help the circulation get there faster. This is a good last resort when you’re not home and need a quick fix. If you’re at home, try doing bicycle-like exercises lying in bed. If you can, go for a walk or run around the house for a bit.

– The icy feeling is sometimes due to sweat, which gets chilled and makes it feel like you have ice blocks as feet. I found out a good 10 minute (or more) soaking in warm water helps a lot. Wash your feet with lavender soaps or something similar, it smells lovely and helps you feel clean. Also, rub your feet gently in circular motions to help restore circulation. Afterwards, dry them well with a towel and put on some socks before any cold air can act.

– Warm your socks in your radiator for a bit. Then put them on (making sure they are not scalding!) Your feet will be warmer much longer.

– In bed, use a hot water bottle. It will keep your feet warm and let you sleep peacefully – after all, who can sleep with cold feet? It will also last until morning, which is great! In the winter, this is my holy grail. If you don’t have a hot water bottle, grab a wool jacket, stuff each foot in one of the sleeves and then wrap the rest around them (not too tight). My aunt taught me that trick.

– Make sure your house is warm. Light the fireplace or a radiator. If that’s not enough, wrap yourself in a warm blanket and make sure you wrap your feet with it too.

– Don’t sit on your feet. Even though this may seem to help at first, it will cut off the circulation and eventually make them even colder.

– Don’t warm your cold feet directly on something hot like a radiator. Even if you keep your distance, it will make the skin tingly/itchy which is quite uncomfortable.

– Always wear warm slippers in the house.

– There are already electrical/battery-supplied socks and slippers, which will be warm all the time. The prices vary a lot, as do the models. I’ve never had ones but I’d say give it a try if cold feet/hands torment you since there are also gloves. It could be a great investment. There are even some which are USB powered (here)
