My mother has thyroid problems and so far I’ve not been diagnosed. But this will be useful to help her out and help others too.

I would also add:
•Selenium
•Zinc
•Vitamin D
•Vitamin E
•Antioxidants
•Essential Fats
•Amino Acids
•Eliminate all PCB’s and BPA’s
•Investigate possible food allergy (especially wheat intolerance)
•Arguna supplementation
•Avoid dental x-rays/radiation
